  • Submitted Personal Information: Information you explicitly enter into our forms, including your name, phone number, email address, physical address, business name, time in business, industry type, and estimated monthly business revenue.
  • Behavioral & Technical Information: Information automatically captured when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, geographic location, device operating system, page views, and timestamps.
  • Web Verification Scripts: We utilize lead verification technologies (such as ActiveProspect's TrustedForm and/or Jornaya's LeadiD) to verify the authenticity of your submission and document your explicit consent to be contacted.

2. How We Use and Share Your Information

  • Lender Matching (Secure API): When you submit our form, your data is securely transmitted via API to the participating lending partners in our network who fit your criteria.
  • Marketing & Communication: By providing your information, you agree that we and our matched lending partners may contact you via email, direct mail, or phone to fulfill your request.
  • Legal Compliance: We will disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or government request to protect our rights, safety, or property.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

  • Storage: Your data is encrypted and stored on secure cloud servers located within the United States.
  • Security Measures: We use standard industrial protections, including SSL encryption, to prevent unauthorized access. No internet transmission is 100% secure; you submit information at your own risk.
  • Retention: We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill matching services or comply with federal/state record-keeping requirements.

4. Children's Privacy

Our services are restricted strictly to business owners over 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If discovered, such data is immediately deleted.

5. Geographic Restrictions (US Only)
